With the launching of Keppel Electric, Keppel needed their CRM portal and Customer Care & Billing application (CC&B) integrated via Oracle SOA platform to handle public sign-up and monthly Electricity subscriber billing. We deployed Boomi to re-platform and reduce dependencies on Oracle SOA
Integrations:
– CC&B application to Singapore Power (SP) IOT systems
– Allow authorized applications to consume the re-platformed processes
We also established connectivity between Boomi Managed Cloud Services (MCS) in AWS, the CRM portal, and CC&B application.
